Our AFHC adult programs are open to men and women (ages 18+) of all skill levels!

We have seasons in the Fall, Winter, and Spring.

Winter Programs

Adult Indoor League

Nov 11 – Feb 24 (Winter Break Dec 23 & Dec 30)

Tuesdays, 8 - 9 PM or 9 -10 PM (depending on schedule)

Registration Details:

Registration deadline is midnight on Tue, Oct 21

Open to men & women ages 18+

Teams will have 1 game per week
Games will be 2x22-min halves and start at 8:15 & 9:10 PM
Players will be assigned to teams for the duration of the season
All players will receive a team shirt to wear for all games for the season

Tuesdays, 8 - 10 PM

Registration Details:

Open to men & women ages 18+ (graduated high school and older)

Previous experience preferred, all skill levels welcome!
Each week will consist of half skills & strategy drills + half full-field umpired 11v11 games
Sticks available to borrow if needed
Shin guards & mouthguard are highly recommended but not required
Turf shoes or sneakers, no cleats

Local Games:

Sat, Aug 23: 10 AM - 5 PM @ Dunwoody Springs Elementary

Men's & Women's Travel Teams

Men & Women | Ages 19+

If you are interested in our Men’s & Women’s Competitive Travel Teams, please register for the Adult Training and/or contact us.

All competitive team athletes are expected to attend practices, which also act as a tryout/introduction. If you cannot make the weekly time, please contact us and we’ll find another way for you to get involved!

Competitive season: February – July

Team-specific practices begin each January.

2026 Season Schedule:

Feb 27-Mar 1: Adult NIT in Richmond, VA (Men’s & Women’s Teams)
Early April [TBD]: South Regional Club Championship (Men’s & Women’s Teams)
June 13-14: Women’s Club Classic at Ursinus College in PA (Women’s Team)
July 10-12 or July 17-19 [TBD]: National Club Championship (Women’s Team Returning Champions Bid, Men’s Team if qualify)
